AYBOK is a Lebanese productivity brand designing premium planners and paper goods. Products are subject to availability, and we may update or discontinue items at any time.

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Whish Money transfers to our official number +961 81 974 228.

Whish Money orders remain in “Awaiting Payment” status until your transfer is received and verified. Your order is confirmed only after verification.

You can order as a guest or with an account. An order is placed when you complete checkout, and it is confirmed once payment is settled (cash on delivery, or a verified Whish Money transfer).

We deliver across Lebanon, typically within 7 business days. The delivery fee is calculated by your area and shown at checkout before you place your order.

You can modify or cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at aybok10@outlook.com or +961 81 974 228. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a return or exchange.

Your statutory rights under applicable law are preserved.

Order tracking statuses are updated manually by the AYBOK team as your order moves from confirmation to delivery. You can check your status anytime on the Track Your Order page.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their own conditions (such as validity dates and eligible products), cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless stated.

All content on this website — including designs, text, images and the AYBOK brand — is the property of AYBOK and may not be copied or used without permission.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it or interfere with its operation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always published on this page.
